The homeowners purchased this existing home because of its stunning panoramic mountain views and vast potential. The original home was outdated, with a choppy and dark floor plan that neglected to take advantage of the views. Drawing on experience and expertise in remodeling, Woods Design Builders and Dream Team #8 truly brought the client’s vision to reality. By remodeling and reusing existing materials, new triple-pane windows and doors, spray-foam-insulated exterior walls, LED lighting, and a recyclable gray-water system, the home is energy efficient and environmentally friendly. The extensive remodel included completely redesigning the floor plan, moving interior walls, replacing all windows and doors, new HVAC and electric, all new finishes, a new kitchen, and relocating the entry.
