This custom-designed casita was built for clients who love to visit Santa Fe several times a year with their family, friends, and business associates. Madera Builders was contracted to build the main house on their property in Monte Sereno three years ago. This guesthouse is the final touch for their dream retreat.
The casita is nestled into the piñons, with a footbridge over an arroyo that provides guests with access to the main house. A charming flower-lined entry portal with a seating banco is located off the living/entertaining area to encourage visitors to watch the colors of the setting sun over the Sangre de Cristos.
