The remodeling profession is active and growing in the Santa Fe area. As the overall national and local economy works to stabilize itself, many people are realizing with the local and Federal incentives, there is no better time than the present to start the addition or remodel that has been brewing in the back of their minds for some time. Factor in the added incentive of record low interest rates, and it becomes apparent there is no better time to start that project than right now.  The Santa Fe Home | Design | Remodel Show is the perfect place to start the process of planning your project, or just see who and what is out there to answer the questions you need to get started.

Our Remodelers Council is made up of trained, skilled and experienced professionals and their suppliers who specialize in the skills needed to assist people from the design phase to the finished product. Our members include architects, designers, tradespeople, cabinet makers, plumbing and appliance dealers, lumber suppliers, financial institutions, and insurance and accounting professionals who can offer their services to make your dreams a reality.

Even in down financial times, we have been able to maintain a healthy membership base and we have even added new members to our roster of professionals. We continue to be the area leader in educating our members as well as the local community in the important areas of lead paint and mold remediation.  We also offer monthly metings explaining the information needed to keep up with the newest and most energy efficient products and procedures that are entering the marketplace. Some of these products and procedures are showcased inour judged X-cellence in Home | Design | Remodel entries.  The results are on display during our two day show.
